Our Properties

Tyler St. - Administrative Office

We are thrilled to announce the opening of our new administrative office, celebrated with a ribbon-cutting ceremony on August 15, 2024. This new space houses our operating staff allowing us to better serve our community with efficiency and care. The office will be a hub for coordinating vital services, managing client intake, and supporting our dedicated volunteers. We’re grateful to all who joined us in marking this important milestone and look forward to the continued growth of our programs!

Ewing Center

A total of 22 private living units designed to provide individuals with a safe, comfortable, and independent living space. Each unit offers privacy and security, ensuring that residents have their own personal environment while also having access to shared amenities and supportive services that promote their overall well-being and quality of life.

Hillcrest House

A 64-unit Single Room Occupancy (SRO) facility that provides housing for vulnerable individuals experiencing homelessness, offering them a stable, supportive environment with access to essential services such as healthcare, case management, and other resources aimed at improving their quality of life and promoting long-term self-sufficiency.

Revlon Apartments

This facility consists of 27 living units thoughtfully designed to accommodate both individuals and families. Each unit provides a safe, comfortable living space that fosters a sense of community and stability. Residents have access to essential services and amenities that support their daily needs, enhance their quality of life, and promote long-term independence. These living units are tailored to meet the unique needs of a diverse population, ensuring that both individuals and families feel secure and supported in their environment.

Spencer Gardens

This facility provides housing for twelve families and is licensed to accommodate up to 64 individuals. It was developed as a Housing Opportunities for Persons With AIDS (HOPWA) Special Project of National Significance, specifically designed to serve families impacted by homelessness and living with chronic health conditions. The project aims to offer a stable, secure environment where families can access vital resources such as healthcare, case management, and social support services, all with the goal of improving their overall well-being and fostering long-term stability and self-sufficiency. The housing is tailored to meet the unique needs of families, creating a safe and nurturing space where they can thrive.

La Maison Apartments

Introducing our new 16-unit apartment complex, nestled in the vibrant heart of Dallas! This prime location blends modern comfort with the convenience of urban living, providing residents with easy access to everything the city has to offer. As part of ASD's commitment to creating a supportive housing community for individuals living with chronic health conditions, this property fosters a sense of belonging and camaraderie, offering a welcoming environment without the need for intensive services. It's a place where residents can thrive, connect, and enjoy the best of Dallas living.

Evergreen Partnership

Since 2002, Churchill Residential has dedicated itself to creating high-quality, vibrant communities tailored to families and seniors. Partnering with ASD as co-developers, we have established thoughtfully designed senior living properties across Mesquite, Plano, Vista Ridge, and Richardson, providing exceptional housing for individuals aged 55 and up.
